Commercial carpet cleaningPast work for businesses and community organisations
Essex, London and Kent. From our Basildon base we attend business sites across these areas, so include the premises postcode and access requirements when you send the brief. Household bookings follow the separate Essex & East London map.
We work in business premises including offices, shops and showrooms, schools and nurseries, hotels, pubs and restaurants, care homes, surgeries, gyms and communal blocks. The services are commercial carpet and carpet-tile cleaning, together with chairs used at desks or in meeting rooms and canteens.
Quoted before booking. Published carpet rates are £2.50/m² for an individual visit or £2/m² on contract, subject to the £120 minimum and the specification you send. No VAT is added. Include unusual access or working times so we can price them first.
Send the job brief. Your site contact should provide the postcode and preferred date, with estimated floor areas or seating quantities and the practical details that affect access. Measurements uncertain? Explain what needs checking before we price the work.
Yes. Explain your occupied hours and any areas that must remain accessible, and we can plan an early start, evening or weekend visit with your building contact. Out-of-hours attendance may cost more. That cost is quoted before commitment.
Paperwork is available. Request RAMS and our £5 million public liability certificate, and send any contractor forms or entry requirements from the building manager before we attend. Induction needed? Arrange it beforehand.
Stain and spot treatment. Deodorising comes with the carpet clean too. So does 99.9% sanitisation. We assess the fibres and existing marks to choose the method, explaining any permanent staining or wear that cleaning cannot remove. Ask us about a particular mark.
Tiles stay laid. The specification can include traffic lanes and shared corridors as well as rooms, with the access plan accounting for floor voids, wiring or fixed furniture. Clear loose items before arrival. Identify any sections we cannot enter.
Yes, desk or table seating. Conference and canteen chairs use the £10 rate too, while our £120 minimum means 12 chairs for a seating-only visit at that price. Have fewer? Put them on the carpet quotation. Reception sofas and lounge upholstery are excluded.
Usually 30–90 minutes. This concerns walking on most cleaned carpet, not complete drying, which can take longer for thick pile or natural fibres and depends on airflow. Discuss use of the rooms with us. Chair drying has no matching time promise.
Yes. We agree the work and charges for an individual visit or recurring carpet schedule around the building’s use, the footfall and your available access windows. Tell us the interval you want. The arrangement starts once the scope is agreed.
Appoint your site contact. Explain the entry procedure, any parking or lift restrictions and who can authorise extra work, clearing heavy furniture and electrical equipment from areas we need to reach. Our own trained staff normally attend. We tell you in advance if the attending personnel change.
After completion. No advance payment is required. Before the visit, confirm the company and accounts contact and give us a purchase order number if your team needs one to process the bill. Payment dates follow the agreed documents. Third-party billing requires written agreement.
Report it within 14 days. Under our terms, a concern about cleaning results on an area or item we cleaned is covered by the free re-clean promise. Tell us what concerns you. New soiling and wear are excluded, alongside damage or conditions we warned about before starting.
