These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern Aquapro Cleaning Ltd.'s ("Aquapro", "we", "us", "our") free roof‑tile replacement guarantee offered to residential and commercial customers ("Customer", "you", "your") when we perform roof cleaning services at the Service Address stated on the corresponding quotation or invoice.
Service – Any roof‑cleaning work carried out by Aquapro under a written quotation or invoice.
Tile – Any individual roof covering component (clay, concrete, slate, or composite) fixed to the roof surface.
Breakage – A crack, fracture, split, or shatter that compromises the tile's weatherproof integrity, caused directly by Aquapro's operative or equipment during the Service.
Replacement – Supply and installation of a like‑for‑like tile (or the nearest commercially available equivalent where exact match is unobtainable).
If a Tile is damaged by Aquapro in the course of cleaning, Aquapro will replace that Tile free of charge (labour & materials) in accordance with these T&C.
The guarantee applies only to damage occurring during the Service period and identified in the Post‑Service Inspection (see §3).
Pre‑Service Inspection
a. Aquapro will photographically document existing roof condition before work commences and share copies upon request.
b. Pre‑existing defects are excluded from this guarantee.
Post‑Service Inspection
a. Upon completion, Aquapro and the Customer (or representative) shall jointly inspect the roof from ground level where practical.
b. Any suspected tile breakage or claim upon this guarantee must be reported during or before customer sign off and approval of the Service completed and walk around.
Verified Breakages will be replaced within 30 calendar days (subject to weather and material availability).
Where an exact colour, profile, or manufacturer match is unavailable, Aquapro Cleaning Ltd will install the closest reasonable match and will not be liable for aesthetic variance.
Replacement work will be performed to professional trade standards and deemed complete when the new Tile is securely fixed and watertight.
This guarantee does not cover:
Tiles already cracked, loose, or structurally unsound prior to Service.
Latent structural failures (e.g., rotten battens) that cause tiles to crack after cleaning.
Damage caused by third parties, severe weather, or events occurring after the Service.
Decorative or obsolete tiles where replacements cannot be sourced.
Consequential losses (e.g., interior water damage) – see §6.
Aquapro's total liability under this guarantee is limited to the cost of replacing affected Tiles as set out herein.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from roof‑tile damage or replacement delay, except as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other non‑excludable UK law.
Provide safe, unobstructed access to the roof required for completing the Service and promptly report Breakages.
Maintain adequate home or building insurance covering perils beyond Aquapro's control.
Aquapro is not liable for delay or failure to perform Replacement where caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., storms, supplier strikes, or material shortages).
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
By allowing Aquapro to proceed with the Service, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
