How long will my carpet or rug take to dry?
With our innovative process, your carpets are usually dry within 30-90 minutes. If we decide to hot water extract as well, this could increase but still nowhere near as long as the industry standard.
Do I need to move furniture out of the room?
If you can move furniture, please do so we can be out of your way faster. If you can't, no problem, we can move light furniture around or work around it.
Is there a risk of shrinkage?
No. With our carpet cleaning process we use less water than the industry standard, eliminating the risk of over-wetting, which is what typically leads to shrinkage and other issues.
Do you remove stains in the carpet?
We have one of the highest rates of stain removal on the market, 96% if the stain is under 48 hours old, over 80% if the stain is older than 48 hours old.
Do you do sofa or rug cleaning?
Yes, we clean any type of upholstery, from rugs and carpets, to mattresses and sofas.
Are the cleaning chemicals safe?
Yes! The chemicals we use are 100% safe and harmless. We always remove and neutralise all chemicals from within the carpet.
How loud is the cleaning machine?
Our machines are very quiet, 4x quieter than the industry standard.
Does carpet cleaning remove odours?
Yes, we will remove all dirt, debris and stains from the carpet, removing any odours in the process.
How long does it take?
Our process is much quicker than the industry standard, we can typically deep clean 1 square meter in as little as 1-2 minutes. For deep carpet cleaning the average sized room, including setup, can take around 20-30 minutes
